Unlike many other premium/gifts stockists out there where their concern is usually to 'sell' their ready stocks currently tying up cashflow, Indo-China Alliance possesses the extra edge in providing our clients with unique products that one can't find them off-the-shelf locally.
Our initial work with our client will usually include the following phases:

Understanding:
The first step involves our consultant’s generating
a good understanding of the client’s requirements, budget constraints
and overall objective.
Design & Presentation:
At this stage, based on what we have derived from our extensive findings,
we will design and present our designs/concepts to the client.
Fabrication:
If designs/concepts are accepted by the client, we then proceed to
fabricate a prototype in which the client is able to see and feel what
the finished product
would look like.
Production:
At this critical stage, our staff will identify and appoint suitable
manufacturer carefully based on the client’s requirements. The entire
production is being monitored closely in terms of quality and completion
time.
Delivery:
Prior to sending the final products to the client, the products undergo
another pre-shipment inspection to make sure everything is perfect.
This ensures our overall customer satisfaction.
